My passion is cakes — creating exquisite cakes (and cookies and other sweet confections) for all of life’s occasions. My family is of Hungarian and French origin, and I have learnt my craft from the best artisanal baking traditions. I use only the finest ingredients and no industrial shortcuts. I make sure that each of my creations is as much of a feast to the taste buds as they are to the eye.

From my atelier in St Mary’s Bay, Auckland, I can create the delicious and visually tantalising cake of your dreams — using only the highest quality ingredients, and baked to the high standards of European artisan techniques.

Skilfully Handcrafted Decorations

I personally handcraft the decorations of each of my cakes, adding edible flourishes such as delicate icing laces, lifelike sugar flowers, and whimsical edible sugar figurines. The possibilities for decorative (and edible) embellishment are limitless.
